Setting the Default Ready Time
A default Ready Time can be set at the pharmacy level, so it automatically applies when a prescription is processed. This setting can only be changed if the Ready Time preference is ON.
Prescriptions originating from certain programs do not follow the default Ready Time. These include prescriptions from diem health (based on the time the patient chose on the app), Amjay (4 hours), and Patient App (based on the time the patient submitted the request).
There are two locations from which you can set the default Ready Time.

Select More (...) > Pharmacy > Workflow.

In the Ready Time section, select your desired option from the Default dropdown.

Select Save.

Navigate to the Workbench.

Ensure the Workflow tile is selected at the top.

Without highlighting any prescriptions, select the Ready Time button

Select a Ready Time from the dropdown list.
